About Us

We started our operation in 2008 and in a very short time our reach has spanned the globe. We have clients in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and North America. We used the Internet and social media very effectively and have made us more efficient in our work. Our 4-step review process allows us to separate the “serious” from the “curious” applicants thereby giving us more time to focus on our mission—to serve.  More importantly, we distinguish ourselves from our competitions by our diligence, transparency and passion to help those dreaming of a new life in Canada.

Queven is a consulting company NOT an employment agency. We promote immigration programs for Canada, design marketing and strategic plans, conduct initial occupation evaluation and help applicants find the best available programs that best suit their qualifications. We work under the guidance and strict supervision of an Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) member based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Our office is located in Southern California.

We understand the value of developing trust especially using modern-day technology of conducting business. To address the trust issue, we have designed some programs where we take the initial risk off of our applicants’ shoulders and by placing them on Pay for Performance Plans which means proof of work is completed prior to us getting compensated for our services. We even have a program where after our ICCRC certified partner has deemed the applicant meeting the program criteria and they do not receive a positive response, they don’t pay us! We take pride in our work and only those we feel has the greatest chance of receiving positive responses gets through our review. This is the very reason why we are so confident in our Pass or our Service is Free! program.
