Call me a dreamer, but I'm convinced that achieving one's

full potential is still a goal worth striving for—that excellence is

still worth pursuing even if most yawn and few sneer. And, yes,

even if I should fail occasionally while reaching, failure,

remember, is not the crime.

Mr. Baylon left the Philippines in 1978. Prior to founding Queven, LLC, he held various management and executive positions in operations and sales & marketing in the hospitality industry; he served as a School Board Member in Downey, California, and was appointed Chief of Staff of a mayoral candidate in the Philippines. Working for one of the most prestigious private clubs in the United States for almost a decade, he surrounded himself with the movers and shakers of the business and political community of the State of California. His over twenty years experience in the service industry allowed him to develop relationships with countless corporate clients in North America. Likewise, his association with independent account managers servicing all sectors of the outsourcing business will prove to be an invaluable benefit to the trade.  In this technology-driven economy, Mr. Baylon believes that there is one thing the corporate world will continue to strive for to succeed…human connection!

In early 2009, he fulfilled a life-long vision to establish a business based in the Philippines to serve the continuing and growing desires of many Filipinos to work overseas. Queven Consultancy was created to help technical and professional Filipinos explore and discover their true potentials by practicing their God-given education and talent and to achieve their dream of living in North America.
