About the Founder

Mr. Baylon
left the Philippines in 1978. Prior to founding Queven, LLC, he held
various management and executive positions in operations and sales &
marketing in the hospitality industry; he served as a School Board
Member in Downey, California, and was appointed Chief of Staff of a
mayoral candidate in the Philippines. Working for one of the most
prestigious private clubs in the United States for almost a decade,
he surrounded himself with the movers and shakers of the business
and political community of the State of California. His over twenty
years experience in the service industry allowed him to develop
relationships with countless corporate clients in North America.
Likewise, his association with independent account managers
servicing all sectors of the outsourcing business will prove to be
an invaluable benefit to the trade. In this technology-driven
economy, Mr. Baylon believes that there is one thing the corporate
world will continue to strive for to succeed…human connection!
In early
2009, he fulfilled a life-long vision to establish a business based
in the Philippines to serve the continuing and growing desires of
many Filipinos to work overseas. Queven Consultancy was created to
help technical and professional Filipinos explore and discover their
true potentials by practicing their God-given education and talent
and to achieve their dream of living in
North America.
He is an
accomplished author having published two books; You! Listen to Me
(2000 Silang, Cavite, Philippines), deals with the realities
Filipinos face while chasing the so-called American dream and
Building a Strong Christian Family Foundation (2003 Victoria, BC
Canada), a narrative about understanding the realities that
confounds the family, and clearly illustrating the complementary
roles of each member.
A resource
speaker, he toured the Philippines in the late 90’s and conducted
lectures in entrepreneurship and network marketing. He has
undergraduate studies in management from the University of the East,
Manila and psychology from Liberty University in Lynchburg,
Virginia.
In 2005,
his family founded the Love Thy Neighbor Mission to do
religious and community works in the underprivileged areas of Silang,
Cavite. He has four grown children and a grandchild. He resides with
his family in West Covina, California.
