Home I About Us I Mission & Vision I Programs I Contact Us Programs Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) To qualify for admission to Canada as a skilled worker, without an approved offer of employment, applicants must meet the following conditions: Possess at least one year of applicable experience in one of 29 high-demand occupations; Score sufficient points under the skilled worker point grid; Possess suitable settlement funding; Undergo a successful security background and medical examination. Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP): Candidates must show their employability, display their English efficiency skills and prove their intention to settle in Manitoba permanently. Other eligibility requirements include a pre-approved exploratory visit to Manitoba, an interview with a PNP officer, receiving an invitation to apply for MPNP leading to Permanent Residency application. Click here for more information. Quebec Selection Certificate (QSC): Applicants must score enough points to be granted the QSC which could eventually lead to permanent residency. This is a fast-track program for applicants whose education, profession and training falls within the guidelines and criteria of the QSC, and who are likely to become economically established upon immigration to Quebec. Family Sponsorship (FSP): The Family Sponsorship program was designed to allow Canadian immigrants and citizens to sponsor qualified family members to reunite and assist them to succeed in their transition to the new environment.
